Great car and initial salesperson, but thats about it I bought a 2010 TDI with a set of winter tires with it. The price was good, the initial salesperson was great, but after that, it was just a frustrati I bought a 2010 TDI with a set of winter tires with it. The price was good, the initial salesperson was great, but after that, it was just a frustrating experience. When I went to pick up the car, I had to wait an extra 2 hours and given a list of excuses as to why the car isn't ready yet, and when I was finally ready to leave, I found out that the winter tired (and rims) I had bought were just rubbers, and no rims. I had to wait around for them to then mount and balance the tires, load them in, and finally be ready. When I went to get my deposit put on the car to hold it, I was surprised with an extra $120 charge I wasn't told about. They claimed that the fee was to get the car registered, which they had already charged me $200 for, and the reason that I had to stand around the dealership for an extra 2 hours. I wanted to buy the car outright, but they paid me to finance it, and guaranteed me that they would call me as soon as the loan was created so I could pay it off as soon as possible. Never got that call. I had to email multiple times before they responded as they claimed they did not receive the previous one, and when they finally called me, it was along the lines of "you should have read the contract" and "Mr Pillon does not wish to reimburse you". It is the finance manager and the woman who has a desk immediately beside the entrance's job to explicitly tell me of all parts of the contract and any additional fees I will have to pay before I leave. All I got was an "oh, before you leave, here's another bill for something you already paid for". After 4 phone calls with the used sales manager, they said the best we could do is possibly an oil change, but no guarantee, while knowing that I live over 2 hours away. All in all, Martin was a pleasure to deal with and the car was good, but I would not go back, nor would I recommend it to someone. More

She went out of her way to make sure that I get want I want. Called me the day before the appointment to let me know that the mechanic i requested is not availble and asked if we could reschedule.
