WAY too costly! We needed a new transmission - charged me $264 to diagnose that. Incidentally less than a month prior to my transmission failing I had a full transmission service! But it's not related - and it's possibly not - but their attitude was "too bad" rather than, "lets see how we can help you out". Varsity's quote for a reconditioned tranny $4000.50 plus possibly undetermined charges and a wait of 2 days to get the "part" in. The actual cost at another garage $2650.00 with NO other charges, "part" available immediately. Plus this other garage diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes using a computer plug in, exact same diagnosis that I just paid $264 to get taking 1.5 hours to ascertain! Why didn't Varsity use the computer to diagnose and save me the money! The warranty on the work is the exact same at both shops. I saved $1350 - now just wishing I'd not had the tranny serviced for a sum of $1300 or so. Feel ripped off. I knew from driving it that the tranny was blown and I'm certainly not a mechanic - but when it doesn't shift from 2nd to 3rd and the engine is revving - it's not a hard diagnosis! The service rep I dealt with was a decent guy for sure and I felt that he was struggling with this but his hands were obviously tied. I feel the diagnostic fee is not justifiable in itself but the charge for the required work is certainly over the top! More

I had to phone them, every time got the same story "it'll be done this day" that day rolls around, and still no vehicle. Not even a call to say it's delayed. Will not be getting more work done at varsity Chrysler. More
New service workers? I have boughten my Jeep Wrangler a year ago from Varsity and everything was great up until I had service done on it. First oil change they forgot to put the oil cap on and I leaked oil. You would think that was one of the first things you'd have to learn? Second, I had them look at my license plate cover because someone rear ended me and I wanted to get a quote done, they unscrewed it to see what was going on with it I can only assume, but forgot to screw in the screws and I drove from Varsity with my plate hanging off my car. Other than my sales rep Denis who appeared to be the only one doing his job, I will never take my car back to Varsity for service checks ever again and definitaly will not recommend anyone go see them for anything! More

The sales associate Alex responded in a timely manor and was very helpful and I first viewed some models of Jeeps on the web site for this dealership. The sales associate Alex responded in a timely manor and was very helpful and courteous, I made arrangements to come to the dealership to look at a Jeep. Alex was waiting for me and had the jeep out and ready. Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Jeep and all the features/ options on the model which made my decision to purchase easy. The sales Manager Scott was also very helpful and friendly during the whole process. I am very happy with the service provided and love the new jeep. More
