I only heard horror stories about car purchases from my friends and family and went in with the false idea that it would be a horrible experience. I could not have picked two better people to deal with, they were both kind and attentive, they had my best interests in mind and managed to find the perfect vehicle for me! More
Very un pleased I brought my jeep in to get 3 road chip repairs filled. When I showed up they told me it would take an hr and that they would shuttle me home witch i I brought my jeep in to get 3 road chip repairs filled. When I showed up they told me it would take an hr and that they would shuttle me home witch is 6 blocks away. I waited 50 mins for a ride...at 45 mins of waiting I asked how much longer until my vehicle would be ready, as Id already waited 45 mins. And was told it had not even began servicing yet. While there i asked them to replace a shroud clip that had fallen out.. When I picked up my jeep, I was charged $3.85 for a plastic clip, and when I looked to see if it was repaired, they didn't even do the work. So I was charged for a clip that never was provided nor installed. On top of it all, I was made aware that the windshield bundle that I payed $600 for when I bought my jeep , that will give me 5 free replacement windshield s does not cover the protective film that was installed when I bought the package, that I would have to pay an additional $49 every time I replace my windshield... This is a hidden cost that I was never made aware of. I am very disappointed, and feel taken advantage of. More
Tire Fix Drove into the bay and was greeting by Dean and I believe her name was Amanda, both willing to help me in finding out why my Tire was loosing air. After Amanda filled my tire she noticed that I had a nail in my tire. She called to find out if a spare bay was available and next thing you know my tire is being fixed! Great service and only minutes of waiting. Definitely a great team. More
Good Customer Service but. On Friday 11th December 2015 I left my car for oil change and for recall letter I got from FCA at the Varsity Chrysler dodge jeep. I met Amanda Cormie On Friday 11th December 2015 I left my car for oil change and for recall letter I got from FCA at the Varsity Chrysler dodge jeep. I met Amanda Cormier in the morning who is a fantastic service consultant. She gave me a coupon to scratch and I won Bluetooth speaker. I was told that the scratched card shall be placed in my Dodge journey and at the time of handover I will get the same from my dodge. I remember she place that scratched card on the right hand seat. When I reached in the evening around 0330pm there was nothing in my car and I found out that my whole setting inside the car. For example my steering wheel was dirty and I could see my hands black and It was changed to upside position as I always drive with down side position. My audio setting was changed I could see the dirty finger prints on my audio screen. I could see my a black mark right beside my sunshade above on the passenger seat. Though i entered myself for the draw for "driveinandwin" but When I saw all these above things I did not ask for Bluetooth with speaker, did not get annoyed with Amanda Cormier as I really appreciate her services she provided. I am an old customer of Dodge Varsity. If you could check the record I bought my first dodge Journey from Mr. Greg Rowenda and the second from him too. I never went to any other dealer but the last couple of visits were not good. More

Not enough kind words I've given this place 5stars because they took care of my situation (my broken down car) and me like I was family and made me feel like I had no worri I've given this place 5stars because they took care of my situation (my broken down car) and me like I was family and made me feel like I had no worries and left me feeling happy when I was so sad and ready to cry. They took care of me and my 3month old son. Uninstalled and reinstalled in the shuttle for me- made sure it was secured tightly. And watch him for me while I took care of business. I'll never forget that. They said they wouldn't have time to fix my car by the time it got towed in, and it would be ready maybe the next day. but they made it priority and I had it back by closing time. They also didn't try to take advantage of me like most car places do. More

I clicked the button to request more information and within half an hour Greg had called and provided with answers to all my questions, we arranged a meeting for the weekend. When we walked in to the dealership we were greeted by just about everyone and then Greg took us out for a spin and that's all she wrote. Our experience with this dealership has been an excellent one and we will be coming back for our next vehicle here even though its about a 2 hour drive from home. Thanks Greg, and thank you Shawn More
