unprofessional staff I brought my 2003 dodge caravan for repair because I thought your staff are professional although I could take the car to a cheaper mechanic. after d I brought my 2003 dodge caravan for repair because I thought your staff are professional although I could take the car to a cheaper mechanic. after diagnosing the car your staff suggested that there is a wire issue, then later on after spending over two hours they decided there is no wire issues, and they said they need to change the fuse box totally because there is an open circuit and they need to get a new one. so they suggested the total price will be around $1600. I told them it is not worth it to spend this amount of money to my car because it is an old car. so i decided to scrap the car or sell it for parts. they told me i have to pay $441 for diagnosing and finding the problem. so I paid $441 plus I had to tow the car twice to bring it to the shop and to take it to my house a total of $160. I then sold the car for $200 assuming the car had the fuse problem issues. the person who bought the car from me, took it to a local mechanic, the mechanic spend around three hours and fixed the car, and mentioned the fuse box had no problem at all. my conclusion is that, I brought the car to you guys because I trusted you and you failed and cost me lots of money. More

When I arrived for my scheduled 8 am appointment, I was told the truck would be in most if th The service contact, Melissa, was great to deal with. When I arrived for my scheduled 8 am appointment, I was told the truck would be in most if the day as a vehicle from day before did not get finished. I was also informed of 2 recalls that we hadn't heard of. It took half day to complete the recalls. Then the actual service work scheduled wasn't completed until 5 pm. I feel that the service should be covered under warranty but was informed it was not. More

After having some rather unpleasant episodes at other dealers, I opted to stay with Varsity Chrysler because of the way in which they deal with me and my concerns. It doesn't matter what I'm in to their facility for, I always get the best treatment.
