I wish I'd have gone here 1st! I went to Crowfoot Dodge first and did not have a good experience with service. I switched to Varsity and I'm way happier! Heinrich Zahn in sales is great - I originally bought a car through him at Crowfoot and I followed him to Varsity. I ended up trading my vehicle in and he sold me a better car than the one I got from Crowfoot. I was really lucky that they bought back my car. Poor Heinrich kept in touch with me from day 1 and knew of all my car struggles. He felt so bad about it even though it wasn't his fault at all. I can't say that most sales people would care that much. They'd sell you a car and be done with you. Heinrich is really awesome, honest, and helpful. And I gotta say that Shawn in finance was very friendly and patient throughout the financial process. He explained everything well, and didn't seem like he was just trying to make the company money. By that I mean he tried to work the finance part around my actual needs and not by how much more he could sell me on just because... if that even makes any sense. The finance part is always the most stressful part for me, and Shawn made it quick and painless. Varsity is WAY better than Crowfoot. No diagnostic fees, warranty deductible, strange fees, etc! So thank you for making my experience so much better Varsity! I would definitely recommend Varsity and will be returning to service my vehicle there in the future. More

Once I arrived, I went through the finance process with Scott and signed all of the required papers and what was expected of me (payment dates, amounts, etc). After that, I was explained all of the features within the vehicle. Ben is very knowledgeable and will answer any and all questions! Before you leave, they make sure you are comfortable with everything and then send you on your way with a beautiful new vehicle! I got fed up and took the Jeep to where we purchased the Jeep at Varsity. I met AJ and he promised to get down to finding the problem after he listened to my repair story.
