Just like Home I had been surfing the internet and many dealerships for approx. 2 months on the Grand Cherokee i preferred. Richard Stephens is the first i shook hands with honest and he realized right off the get i know Grand Cherokees inside and out, no BS, no pressure, no pushing or giving me the one owner old couple stories haha which was very surprising. Everyone in the dealership is enjoying there job which takes the nervousness out of the customer. Richard brought the price of the vehicle down to my budget and was a straight up guy no strings attached. It was a pleasure to see people that care about a client, i will be dealing with them on future vehicles and service. Thanks a million Richard and Varsity. Bergin, was super knowledgable, helpful, followed up on a question I asked when at the shop by calling me back, was very personable and appropriate. I will return to the dealership for future service work on my Mercedes Sprinter 2005. Also, the van ride to and from was such a great part of the service. The gentleman (I believe he was German and had a cane) who drove me shared really helpful driving tips with me about my 2500 Mercedes engine that I did not know and I was really impressed with that and his willingness to make my pickup after the van was ready was most appreciated.
