We scoured the internet and visited many dealerships within the city as well as four others outside of the city. We started our search over a month before purchasing. We were not in a rush to buy as I was in the middle of settling my brothers estate, so when we met Ryan Crawford we talked about what we were looking for and his personality just seemed to fit us. He was not pushy but very informative. He didn't hassle us with phone calls but stayed in touch via text. I dreaded shopping for a vehicle I must say because honestly I just hate dealing with salesmen. At each of the dealerships we were at I found they were a little to aggressive for my liking and kept pushing us to sign on the dotted line or when they found out we were not ready to buy right away they didn`t give us the service I would expect. Ryan was a joy to deal with and we would certainly send friends or family to see him. Today we were at the dealership and had the pleasure of dealing with and or meeting Jerry Wink, thank you Jerry for taking care of the Fob for us, John, Christophe, the gentleman in the service department, Kelly who we spoke to in Service, as well as Kenny in the body shop who did an amazing job of buffing out the minor scratches on the hood of our new van.
