Liars and cheaters Bought a truck in 2015, Christmas 2017 read ads for a 2017 truck, indentical to mine, was cheaper than my truck. Went in was told they didn't have anymore of these in Canada and was pushed to buy a 2018. That's when I started finding out that my 2015 was sold to me on lies and over charged. They valued my (at the time) 50,000.00 + truck at 24,000 trade in. Looked online 2015 trucks were going for 34,000- 37,000 but we're not loaded like my truck and had 50,000 -80,000 Km mine had 36,000 km. Asked why so cheap, they said it was because it had been in an accident and they didn't know how it was repaired or if the frame was bent. My truck was repaired at varsity, we hit a jeeps back mounted tire at 5 km, damaged the grill and hood, there was no frame damage as both my insurance and varsity told us. Told them I had bought a tire package and we were getting new tires and would that up the price, no comment. Went in later that week to get the new tires as per our Gold 5 year package was told to us and that's when we found out we were not covered for new tires as our sales rep Wade had told us as well as the finance manager Scott Bright. Both don't work there anymore, how convenient or I wonder why, telling lies to customers. Called a different dealership and they had the very 2017 truck we were looking for, told that to varsity and they said " we can bring it to varsity for you to buy, you just told me there were none in Canada and now you want me to buy a truck from liars like you. This would have been my third vehicle purchase from them and after all the lies I woul never buy anything from these lying theives. If your buying a car don't go to varsity Chrysler they will rip you off any chance they get. The only reason we bought the tire package was because we got new tires when ours wore out, we've been told since that it only covers tire repair, what a bunch of liars. As it stands it has cost me 400.00 to fix a single tire and I still had to pay 20.00 in labour. Had a chip in my paint ( also bought the Gold Diamond Coat package covering paint and windshield) was told to buy a paint pen at parts department, came back the guy took the pen coloured the chip and gave me back the pen didn't put a rust preventative or anything, what a joke. These people are only wanting money from you and don't care about customer service at all. We've made it our mission to tell as many people as possible how shady this dealership is ( so far thousands and more everyday. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM varsity chrysler you'll get ripped off anywhere they can. Spoke to three different people that said they were managers and would get back to me, no one has ever called me back. Dealership of losers, Justin told me after the fact that there were four of the trucks I wanted in Canada, one in Calgary, to little to late, found that out by myself. Wonder how they sleep at night and if their family's know what liars they are. They've always been nice, until you find out they lie and cheat then they don't want to deal with you anymore, BUYER BEWARE go ANYWHERE else More

He is just a friendly young man and a super decent guy. He knows is stuff and answered all of our questions thoroughly. In fact all of the people we met at Varsity seemed pretty genuine and helpful. He and Nelson - in finance - both had a good sense of humour and we enjoyed our visits there as we honed in on our chosen vehicle. It made the purchase of our 2018 Grand Cherokee Altitude a pleasure. And not sure how many can say they enjoy the actual purchasing experience but it was a no xx transaction. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christophe and Varsity to you. More
