I came here looking to test drive a truck I found online. The salesman George was very helpful and showed me the truck as well as a few others. After test driving the truck and looking under the hood I had a few different concerns. I asked George if there's anything they can do about the obvious problems with the truck. So he went to ask the manager Sean. Sean came out and told me that none of my concerns where valid and they will not be flexible with the price. After saying that he asked me if I wanted to buy the truck and I told him no. He asked me why not and I just told him I don't want the truck and I went to leave. As I was leaving he was aggressively yelling at me to come back. I left hoping to never deal with Sean and their condescending customer service again. I thought that was the end of it. A few days later I get I call from a new salesman saying that the last salesman George does not work there anymore and he asked me if I want to come back and look at the truck. As if George was the problem (he was not). I told the new salesman I have already bought a truck from a different dealership and I couldn't be more happier. He said okay and hung up. Since then they continue to call me to try to sell me a truck. STOP CALLING ME. I will not be back and I do not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Universal ford Lincoln. More
