Treats his customers with respect and accommodate you for anything. Their labour prices are very genuine and never felt like I am overcharged for anything. Free car wash after oil change is a bonus. Demo vehicle purchase It's a month since I purchased my vehicle. Still waiting for the touch up paint and the cargo cover. Upon driving my new former demo vehicle, I was somewhat surprised to see a small chip in the windshield which I thought they would have repaired. Likewise the paint chips. More

My 2004 Explorer has 117,750km and the 2011 Escape has 51,555km and Universal is the exclusive service provider. Take my advice: buy a Ford, buy from Universal, and have Universal service it. I happened to stumble on an exceptional review for RYAN LEMMON online. Desperate to fix my broken PTU I called Universal Ford Lincoln looking for Ryan and set an appointment. I was booked right away and was quoted a somewhat reasonable charge for fixing the issue. What was awesome about the whole experience was the service that I got from Ryan. I was provided with a service vehicle which also happened to be a Lincoln. Ryan called and texted me with the progress of the work being done and when it'll be completed. Very convenient indeed , plus I am satisfied with the work done with my Lincoln. Highly recommended!!!! Certainly not the last meeting with Ryan and Universal Ford Lincoln. Arnold More

Dagg Adams was also my Ser First of all I/We have been dealing with Universal Ford Lincoln since 2008, when I first met Steve Black, What A Gentleman. Dagg Adams was also my Service manager back then, very knowledgeable Gentleman. Our Latest purchase was a 2016 Lincoln MK X, the Salesman/ Sales Manager was another Gentleman by the name of Bryce Harrison. We feel that Bryce steered us in the right direction. Bryce would go out of his way to make sure we were (my spouse and I) seated and offered some refreshments. I/we would seek out Bryce, should we decide to purchase another vehicle (Lincoln). However the 2016 MK X, might be our last purchase, given our age. A BIG Thank You to all the gentlemen mentioned. And the behind the scene Staff As Well. Bravo Universal Ford Lincoln.
