Would never recommend this service department! We have a 14 month old Ford Transit custom designed for our work needs. We have had to replace the tires which 3 stores have told us are grossly undersized now we had it in for service and have had to replace the back brakes at 38,000km’s and we’re told the front need to be done! We tried to reach the service manager to discuss and he couldn’t be bothered to get back to us. Think twice about using Universal Ford. More
