If I could give less than a 1 star on this review I would. Brutal customer service. We booked our vehicle in for a scheduled oil change at 9:00 AM and specifically requested that the technicians in would. Brutal customer service. We booked our vehicle in for a scheduled oil change at 9:00 AM and specifically requested that the technicians investigate an adaptive cruise control fault that was displaying on the vehicle and causing the system to be inoperative. We live about 90 min north of the city, but purchased the vehicle there and maintenance was included in the purchase, so we’ve had to use Universal for the service requirements. The level of communication and service we received fell well below expectations. Throughout the day, we received no updates regarding the status of our vehicle. At approximately 2:00 PM, I reached out to request an update, only to be informed that the vehicle would need to remain overnight. Even more concerning was the fact that neither the oil change nor the diagnostic assessment of the adaptive cruise control issue had been completed at that point. An oil change is a routine maintenance item that typically takes less than an hour to perform. We had a scheduled appointment, communicated our timing requirements in advance, and reasonably expected that the work would at least be started within the five hours the vehicle was in your possession. I communicated my frustration and picked up the vehicle at 4pm, and sure enough nothing had been done. Complete waste of time. As customers who have invested over $140,000 in this vehicle, carry an extended warranty, and have our maintenance completed through your dealership, we expect a significantly higher level of customer service, communication, and respect for our time. I asked our rep for their manager email later that evening to discuss our issues, which was ignored. We will not be back, will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership, and will advise anyone looking for a Ford vehicle to look eslewhere. Brutal. More
