Very disappointed in Universal Ford. They put old tires on my suv when I bought it and brushed me off when I asked about it. I bought the suv anyways. When I needed a tire patch, I was told the tire was to on my suv when I bought it and brushed me off when I asked about it. I bought the suv anyways. When I needed a tire patch, I was told the tire was too worn and I needed to replace all four. I hadn’t had the car a year yet! I only put 13,000 and they needed to be replaced. The tires only had 52,000 kilometres. They offered me a small discount. They even admitted the tires should have lasted longer but still did nothing to resolve anything. I feel they want you to buy a car but after that they could care less.. I would save your money and buy some where else. More

Henry at Universal Ford was very quick to respond to my inquiry of a used vehicle I had my eye on. The dealership was accomidating to my price range. Business was quick and complete. My only complaint would be that I found an earring in the overhead sun shield and that there was some kind of greasy residue on the centre consul. but both of those things are trivial - the vehicle works well and the customer service was great!! 2 dozen + problems with new escape in 1 yr, No communication I’m very disappointed in my brand new 2019 Ford Escape, which I have had since the end of June 2019. My service advisor tried to be helpful with all t I’m very disappointed in my brand new 2019 Ford Escape, which I have had since the end of June 2019. My service advisor tried to be helpful with all the issues I have been having over the last year, but even they stopped responding. The communication with management has been poor and they often didn't respond for weeks, and now no one will do anything. I bought a new escape after having a fantastic experience with my 2017 lease. My lease was up, and I wanted a vehicle I could trust since I am often driving long distances, alone and off the grid. This new vehicle has had problems since the first couple of weeks of owning it. At this point, I have had over a dozen rentals, and many were Ford Escapes. In my immediate family, we have owned or leased six Ford’s, and they did not exhibit the same issues. I have spent a significant amount of time taking my vehicle in for service, which has cost me work and time in general. I do not think my SUV is safe, considering how many components have broken or appear to be installed incorrectly. The dealership has not been able to fix all the problems, and new ones just keep happening. I am incredibly disappointed that Ford sold me such a vehicle. The situation has been going on for over a year, and Ford has let me down. More

Terrible service. Do not recomend Terrible work quality, Terrible service, employees did not care about my truck or my satisfaction at all.
