This time because I needed to downsize my vehicle due to work location and again, Deanna was very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to what I needed, the type of vehicle I was looking at and was able to assist me in purchasing my new Jeep Cherokee Ltd. A few glitches when trying to obtain the color I wanted though. I had to initiate the contact when after a few days I had not heard back. In the end, I got exactly what I was looking for just a different color and I was very happy overall with my experience and would certainly go back to see Deanna again and would refer her to friends & family. Good experience but a few minor issues The sales rep I dealt with was great. Took me out on a test drive the first day but sales manager was a bit too pushy to get a down payment. Eventually ordered the vehicle that I wanted via a dealer trade but wasn't exactly what was in the original specs. Wheel locks also weren't installed and had to make a return trip to get them installed. Other than that was a good experience. Would go back as everyone was quite friendly even with the minor issues.
