Took my vehicle in for a recall came out with a dent in door I took a vehicle that was purchased a week ago in for a recall notice. Four hours later I picked it up with a obvious new dent and scratches in the dr I took a vehicle that was purchased a week ago in for a recall notice. Four hours later I picked it up with a obvious new dent and scratches in the drivers side rear door. At this point Rob steps in with a multitude of reasons of why the never did it. He also suggested that it might have been done by a car door, except it was parked at the end of an isle and has three separate scratches. As in previous reviews his attitude is a major problem. He is by no means an asset to the company, as they just lost a customer. More
