We met with Deanna from Unique Dodge in Burlington last summer and December of this year. She gave us all the information we needed in the summer. Then when it came time to finally make the change, she was very patient and accommodating. She helped answer all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with the quality we were receiving. We chose a Dodge Grand Caravan and are very happy with how smooth it runs. We will definitely go back to buy from Deanna and her managers in the future. We loved working with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new car or van. More

Took my vehicle in for a recall came out with a dent in door I took a vehicle that was purchased a week ago in for a recall notice. Four hours later I picked it up with a obvious new dent and scratches in the dr I took a vehicle that was purchased a week ago in for a recall notice. Four hours later I picked it up with a obvious new dent and scratches in the drivers side rear door. At this point Rob steps in with a multitude of reasons of why the never did it. He also suggested that it might have been done by a car door, except it was parked at the end of an isle and has three separate scratches. As in previous reviews his attitude is a major problem. He is by no means an asset to the company, as they just lost a customer. More

Found all the parts/accessories I requested (some not listed), including finding better priced & better quality Mopar molded weather mats (definitely saved there more than 30%). While waiting to pick up my new vehicle, met some of his other customers, nothing but positive comments, some on their second car with him. The dealership itself: Parts department also very knowledgeable and friendly. Actually all the staff I encountered were very friendly and professional! Great positive environment, definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the market for a Dodge, Jeep or Ram! More
