When This review is a HEARTFELT review of Gratitude. I just purchased a Dodge SRT Hellcat, a Dream car that I've had on my wall for several years. When I call the dealership I was met with a happy spirited hello and knew that I had called the right place. I had to drive from Newmarket, Ontario to Burlington approximately 100+ kms to see the car. The Dodge Hellcat that they had was the ideal car for me and there were several dealerships with various versions of the car that I could have chosen from but these guys knew how to look after me. From the moment I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by LEAH to the closing of the deal with MIO, I felt peaceful and cared for in this special transaction. LEAH went out of her way to organize my viewing of the car and did a great job educating me about the many and new features of the car... Of course, the big test was when it came to pricing and financing and that's where they made it effortless in my decision. I suggested a price that I'd like to pay and they agreed within in minutes. Then the financing... I have a unique situation with my personal financial situation and they were able to make things happen that were EXTRAORDINARY. Fixed my van after another local Chrysler dealer didn't. The service at Unique was fantastic from the moment I encountered James. If not for the service I received at Unique, I'd be getting another new Chevrolet instead. I think the folks at Unique's service department understand they are one of the most important parts of the repeat customer sales cycle, and not a regular old service facility. I'll be staying away from the other Burlington Chrysler dealer and heading over to Unique for my new truck. More
