I have had a Jeep Wrangler previously but there have been improvements and updates and more models being rolled out later this year. In order not to have buyers remorse, the more knowledge you obtain, the better the results. Good personality, good sense of humour, knowledgeable, not pushy, is preferable in a sales person, in my opinion. They are there to make money and you to get a good deal. The best deal is when both sides win. Deanna -Sales Associate and Paul -Sales Manager both assisted and Joe too - someone has to play with the money. After Deanna searched for a vehicle using my criteria, getting all the info etc., I went and retrieved the window sticker on the one I test drove. Then the fun part -negotiate a trade in value for my present vehicle and it’s ultimate replacement. I always believe that you should do your homework prior - you know what vehicles are worth and approximate wiggle room. Don’t waste someone’s time with unrealistic expectations. This dealership has a good rapport within its walls. You can tell that they enjoy their work and each other. Too many are quiet and seem void of any personality! More
