I was thinking about upgrading my Jeep Wrangler 2011 to the new 2013 Jeep Wrangler....I do love my Jeep. Brenda was so very helpful to me in making my decision. He even transferred items from my old vehicle to the new one for me, and in the freezing cold. ...he even installed my child car seat! Wow! He went out of his way to stay late and discuss all aspects of my purchase, as well as went out of his way to work in extra upgrades for a great cost, which ultimately sealed the deal for me. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Derek Elliot while buying my first car. Derek was extremely detail oriented and explained all aspects of the business and financial side of buying my first car. He was extremely thorough and friendly while helping me understand my contract. Ryan Lynds was my actual salesman and I couldn't have asked for a more accommodating, friendly and personable helper. On a few different occasions, Ryan stayed later than he was meant to while I made my decision on which car, colour, model etc I was going to purchase. His knowledge about Chrysler products is second to none, which was greatly appreciated during my decision. Ryan listened to what I wanted in a car, and found it for me within minutes. The service I was given by all Unique Chrysler employees I came across was unmatched. I was offered coffee while signing my contract, they accommodated me by staying later than usual, took the extra time to show me all the features of my car and even checked up on me later this evening to make sure I was fully satisfied. I literally feel like I have my own little Chrysler family! When i picked up my car tonight, my cousin came in and loved the car and the service so much that she bought the same one on the spot! Overall I had a very positive experience with everyone at Unique Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. I made an appointment to fly in and see the vehicle one evening, and Dan was quick to coordinate with Michael V and Sam to show me the vehicle and arrange for a test drive. Price negotiations were smooth, with Cam readily accessible to move things along quickly without any of the “disappear for 5 minutes to get a new number” BS that is common with so many dealerships. Once the deal was complete I returned on the weekend to pick up the vehicle. Again Dan had everything prepared in advance, and the final paperwork with Michael P went smoothly with no unexpected surprises or delays. After a four hour drive to get home I noticed that an iPod cable was missing, which Dan promptly had ordered and mailed out to my home. In summary a very positive buying experience, and I would certainly recommend putting Unique on the list of dealerships to visit, and Dan on the list of sales consultants to see when shopping for a vehicle. He was well informed about the new technology in the vehical and guided us through the demonstrations. When returning from the test drive, the upgraded minivan was inside the dealership. We had a chance to explore that vehical as well. During negotiations, we also met with Mike, the General Manager. He was also professional as well and made us feel very comfortable. Derek Elliot was also introduced to us and he explained in detail information in a step-by-step manner. Derek is an amazing, outstanding person with a high level of expertise. We finally agreed to purchase the vehical and upon picking up the van, Dan Chadwick guided us again through the van's features and technology. He set up our Iphones with the system and made us feel comfortable in asking him all the questions we had. We dealt with Sales Representatives Jaksa and Paul who both were very easy going, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and made us feel at ease. Both of these guys helped us by making an informed choice but did not put us in any pressure to purchase. Both came with us on our test drives and took the time to explain how our vehicle works inside and out and made sure we had fun with this process!
