I bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler at this Unique Chrysler Burlington October 2010. It was the worst automobile purchasing experience of my life. Missing parts on my vehicle when it was delivered, poor warranty service, rude ignorant staff. I had a long letter of complaint written to Chrysler for ages about this car dealership but never had the nerve to send it. I figured they wouldn't believe me. My situation changed March 2012 and I had to get rid of my Jeep because I got laid off from my job. Got a Dodge Caliber from another dealership instead. Almost a year later, I'm back at my job and I hate my Caliber and want desperately back into a Jeep. Who was the only place that had one I was looking for? Unique. I was HESITANT to say the least! Did some research, found out it was under new management. The service department has turned over since I dealt with them last. I went to check out a 2011 Previously Owned Jeep Wrangler they had on the lot. Immediately when I met David Netherton, I felt better about buying a vehicle at this nightmare dealership. They seemed to have a ton of staff that knew the Jeep Wrangler inside out where last time nobody claimed to know anything about the vehicle I was buying. David was nice, attentive, thorough, and gave me many options. Through a LONG conversation (Dave never once rushed us) I had 3 options vehicle wise. He looked heartbroken when I said I needed to take a break, think about things, and go have lunch. He still let us go with no pressure. I must mention Steve Patruno here. He was backing up Dave at every turn and really working his hardest to get me the best deal. He was a great resource and again, no pressure. He was even willing to hold a certain price for me on the vehicle for the whole day which I appreciated. We went to lunch decided to order our own 2013 Jeep Wrangler, rather than the used or buying another off the lot. Steve really went the extra mile to get the Dark Cherry Red I insisted on! Finally, Brenda Ciraolo did my finance paperwork. Great lady, patient. No pressure with selling all the extras which was nice. Even when my insurance company had no record of me calling with all the vehicle info earlier in the week, she just said, "Take your time." We will see. I am hopeful that the service department will be better this time around. I hope it'll be as impressive as the changes in the management and sales staff. All in all, much better experience. I guess some places do deserve a second chance. More

After 2 long road trips with our Newfoundland dog, we knew our sedan wasn't going to work out much longer. Unique / Dan Chadwick was one of the dealers we reached out to, and Dan bested his competition. He worked hard to win us a fair trade value for our sedan, gave us a thorough tour and test drive of the Town & Country, and both he and Dan Donnelly worked hard to find a deal that worked for us. Derek Elliot put the icing on the cake with financing, and voila: within 2 days, we were driving our new Town & Country! I bought my last car from a Toronto dealer, because I live in Toronto. I won't make that mistake again. Dealerrater led me to Unique, and the reviews were accurate: they really know the meaning of the term "customer service". We just bought a brand new 2013 Grand Caravan and dealt specifically with Jaksa & Mike Pearce. We were also able to negotiate the trade in of our car and feel the level of professionalism and customer-service was second to none. We look forward to utilizing the service department and can only hope that they too will exceed our expectations. Discovery Ford..my answer is NO, after purchasing 3 vehicles from that dealership I had had enough...they didn't care, thought I would always come back for more...then I fell in love with VOLVOs and now a BENZ...so Ford isn't necessarily the be all and end all...I had my eye on a new Jeep Grand Cheroke as well...so Unique Chrysler has my attention for the time being... The service from Mike Carobelli and Derek Elliott were absolutely fantastic, very pleasant and communicated very well letting us know what was going on and where things were sitting. The sales people were not pushy which i appreciated. They let us make our own decisions and provided us with the facts and they outlined all of the key features of the vehicle. We purchased a brand new 2013 Dodge Journey and we absolutely love the car, it is amazing and it is suited to what we were looking for. They listened to what we wanted, where we needed our payments to be and reached that goal. This is our first brand new vehicle and we couldn't be happier.
