Still Doing My Happy Dance!!! :) I had inquired about a used 2017 Tucson that was on the lot at Unique Chrysler, and was contacted by Derek. As this was only my second vehicle, and my I had inquired about a used 2017 Tucson that was on the lot at Unique Chrysler, and was contacted by Derek. As this was only my second vehicle, and my first brand new vehicle, I had reservations. After reading the great reviews about Derek online, I felt a little more confident that I would be taken care of at my appt the following day. I arrived at the dealership and I ended up having 2 capable agents working with me - Dave and Derek - two hard working sales agents. I appreciated the fact that they got my sarcasm and warped sense of humour, which made me feel more at ease. And the final stop was with Joe in financing to complete the paperwork. In the end, I walked out purchasing a brand new 2018 Jeep Compass, North Edition, 4X4 on Tuesday afternoon, and will be picking up my “new baby” Thursday morning, and I couldn’t be happier - I’m still doing my happy dance...! The only thing that would make me happier is if I had gotten the “do not pay for 90 days”... then I would do a “happy dance” right there in the dealership...) Allthough I don’t have the keys to my “new baby” yet, had a fantastic experience with Unique Chrysler, as well as with Dave, Derek and Joe - all very professional (when required) and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. :) As my roommate has a Cherokee, I will also give a shout out to the service dept as I have had to take the vehicle in for service - they have been fantastic too - professional, yet undertood my sarcasm and humour too...! Nervous Anxiety Upon arriving at the dealership my nerves were already on the fritz! My wife Daina and were looking at a nice white suburban when I spotted Angela headed straight for us. My anxiety was going full bore, too be honest I was trying to hide from her and get away. Daina asked about the suburban and our fate was sealed. Next the three of us I though we were going to see what were interested in, next thing I know we are headed inside, panic insued but maintained my composure. Once inside not sure if Angela was aware of my issue but Daina definitely did! This is the first time in our lives that we purchased a new vehicle. With my anxiety freaking me out in headed out to have a smoke, when I came back in a deal was I'm progress. Feeling slightly better we sat and figured out what we wanted. Angela didn't pressure us or push anything useless up selling of opinions we didn't need. When deciding on the truck we wanted that's where she shone getting us a remarkable deal on an even more remarkable truck. So I'm writing this review because Angela in our opinion went above and beyond the call of duty.
