I shared my story with her and we hugged and cried, hardly your typical dealership relationship. All staff at Unique were empathetic and understanding to the point they gave me what turns out to be more than fair market value for my trades and took care of me right until the end. First and last time dealing with this dealership. I purchased a 2018 Vehicle this past summer. I would like to state - my experience with the salesman was wonderful and he did go above and beyond my I purchased a 2018 Vehicle this past summer. The Operations Manager was condescending and to put bluntly - rude. Provided absolutely zero Customer Care, I was treated as such he was doing ME - THE CONSUMER a favour once the purchased vehicle had been sold TO SOMEONE ELSE after my purchase order was completed. Moving on, I had a very unsafe, unpleasant and offensive experience with one of their drivers (witnessed by other passengers), following an email asking me to rate my experience I phoned and spoke to a young lady expressing my concerns. She asked me following to email the issues for a record and to pass on to the higher "powers that be"... The Service Manager left me a message, I have called him back 2x without a return call to date, ZERO apologies, zero reach out by the facility manager nor by my own SalesMan (all aware of the incidents that occurred (and they weren't minor in nature). This was my first time dealing with this facility and have learned following my experience isn't "UNIQUE" to just myself. I would NEVER recommend this dealership and honestly hope this review warns others to steer away from doing so, there are many there are many other Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealers that would be HAPPY to look after loyal customers.
