I just wanted to thank Michael Pearce, he went above and beyond , I have had some credit issue and was upfront with Mr Pearce, he assured me that he would have me in a new jeep as soon as possible. He called with in a hour of me leaving unique ,saying he had an approval and all he needed was proof of income. To my surprise he told me I could pick up my new jeep th next day and I did. I love driving my new compass. I would to thank him for his professionalism and compassion to my needs . The feeling I get from coming into this store is of a family, all friendly & welcoming. No problem is too small or too big to resolve to my satisfaction. Weather I browse the lot or come in for service I have found every employee to be exceptionally welcoming . I have never experienced such high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction as I did with Unique Chrysler. It started when my car broke down and I needed to purchase a new (to me) used vehicl service and customer satisfaction as I did with Unique Chrysler. It started when my car broke down and I needed to purchase a new (to me) used vehicle. At first I was overwhelmed on how to pick a dealership that is not going to see me as a $ as soon as I drive into the lot and not try to nickel and dime me the whole time. I was reluctant and even stressed visiting a dealership as the day before I had previously spoken to a different dealership about a vehicle and the sales rep couldn’t even remember my name or what I was looking for during the conversation. At this time I was frustrated and lost. I finally broke down and started looking online as a start. How do you find a good dealership that will take care of your needs and at least remember my name when they talk to me? At this time I didn't know what vehicle I wanted...just as long as it was an SUV...I came across Unique Chrysler’s website. It was so easy to navigate to view the vehicles they had available and it was straight forward about the pricing of their used vehicles. I filled in an easy credit application online and within minutes I received a call from Unique Chrysler asking me questions about what I was looking for etc. I was happily surprised that they got back to me so quickly. I swear it wasn’t more than 15 minutes after I pressed submit on the online credit application. They booked an appointment for me to meet with the business manager to come down and take a look at their inventory. I was hesitant on travelling all the way to Burlington from Brampton just to look at vehicles and I really didn’t know what I was looking for. But the friendliness and consideration I received when I spoke to Unique Chrysler made me feel comfortable to book the appointment and give it a shot…what did I have to lose? Mio, the business manager called me to follow up with me before our appointment to meet with him to ask me if I had any questions or concerns before I came down to the dealership and to discuss my needs and what I was really looking for. He was so pleasant and outgoing. I didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed talking to him, and he helped me understand the process before I even arrived for the appointment. Talk about informative. It’s not every day that we purchase a vehicle and having someone gently guide you through the process and being so informative and compassionate is not only stress relieving but made my busy life easier! By now I was excited to meet Mio and see what they have to offer. My appointment was on a Saturday and I brought my 8 year old ADHD son, my 5 year old autistic niece and my boyfriend. Well if this wasn’t going to be stressful enough with 2 kids with special needs and try to find a vehicle at the same time..I don’t know what is! Before I even arrived at the dealership I was worried on how this was going to pan out. Either one of the kids could have a meltdown and end this visit at the dealership in 30 seconds. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with warm happy smiles and the sales reps on the floor welcoming me. As they went to get Mio (who was currently with another customer) the sales rep guided us outside to where they had set up a BBQ offering free hot dogs. They informed me they had freshly popped popcorn inside and a vending machine for drinks and other snacks for the kids as needed. Thank goodness for that..without their hospitality my niece and my son would be hungry, grumpy little kids. They showed us to the sitting/waiting area where they had a large screen TV with cartoons running. I was exceptionally pleased that the dealership had left the remote controls on the coffee table. To those who have kids that we need to entertain, you can understand the importance of being able to control what’s playing on TV for your kids. This is fantastic I though. The kids are fed..watching tv and relaxing in an open and comfortable sitting room eating popcorn…this is going well already!! I met with Mio and we discussed once again what I was looking for. He advised me of a few vehicle that he thought my suit my needs and we proceeded outside as a family to take a look at them. It was a great feeling to be able to walk around the lot, point to a vehicle and ask questions and have them respond quickly. I never felt like they were trying to steer me to a particular vehicle and helped me keep my options open. I was leaning towards a jeep and they pulled a 2011 Jeep Compass to test drive. At first I was hesitant. White?? I’ve never owned a white vehicle! I don’t even like white…or so I thought. They advised me to take it for a spin and let them know what I thought about the feel of the SUV. Thinking they would climb in the front seat and blab my ear off on how great the vehicle was as I was driving it, they just handed me the key’s and said take it for a spin. On my own? Really? This is TERRIFIC!! We eagerly jumped in and drove off with the kids in tow. I loved how my boyfriend and I were able to discuss the car together and privately and make our own sound choice on if we liked it or not. We never felt pressured and were ecstatic that we could share the experience and discuss this big purchase together without the onset of a sales rep edging us on. Needless to say we LOVED it. We feel in love from the first turn of the corner. We reached back to the dealership and knew our minds and our hearts were made up. Mio and Mike continued to let us explore other options of vehicles they had to offer but we knew we wanted the Jeep we drove. And we wanted it in the same color..white!! Mio and Mike drafted up the pricing, went over the options with us and explained everything in detail. We never felt we were being swindled or regretted the decision of our purchase. It was time to go home and eagerly await confirmation of the arrival of our newest addition to the family..our baby Jeep Jeep (like beep beep but jeep jeep instead!) Mio and Mike kept me notified on how soon our Jeep would be ready and booked the date to pick it up..Tuesday!! The day had finally come! Excited and eager to drive into the sunset in our new Jeep the morning of the day of pickup we received a call from Unique Chrysler General Manager Mike Carobelli..my heart sunk into my stomach..oh no..the Jeep’s not ready I thought. Mike Carobelli explained that the car was in fact ready to go for pickup and wanted to inform me that my business manager Mio had filled out a ballot for a Patio Set giveaway and they had drawn a ballot that morning and they were calling me to inform me that I won!! SHUT UP!! Is exactly what I screamed over the phone to Mike. I couldn’t believe it. I get my car and a new patio set today!! I have NEVER won anything and now I get a double gift on the same day..from the same place!! I had to try to contain my excitement after getting off the phone and calling my family to inform them of the big win!! We arrived at the dealership to pick up the Jeep, and was presented with the giveaway gifts (that were really free and included a BBQ, Lawn mower, 6 chair 1 table and umbrella Patio set, and a beautiful two chair 1 bench seat and coffee table outdoor wicker set). I was pleased that they remembered my name and my face from the Saturday appointment. The whole Unique Chrysler Team congratulated me on my purchase of my Jeep compass and my big win of patio and outdoor furniture. As I was shaking hands and receiving my congratulations I thought, I know why they called this dealership Unique. The staff are so nice and honest and they take the time to educate you and help you though a big purchase, that it’s like joining a family. I looked around and felt welcomed in their “Unique” home. It’s not every day you find a dealership that make you feel welcomed like you’re visiting friends. Thank you Unique Chrysler for absolutely everything. You make us feel so welcomed like family, every time we stepped onto your lot. You helped me find the vehicle of my dreams and we have never been so happy. My mom joked if I was moving my bed into the Jeep as she sees how happy I am. I want to drive EVERYWHERE now! P.S. I will be driving all the way to Burlington from Brampton just for the service visits because there’s nothing more welcoming, than coming to visit the Unique Chrysler family! Cheers! Very friendly dealership to work with. They really took the time to listen to my concerns with trading in my current vehicle which had an outstanding finance on it, which they ultimately were able to work the time to listen to my concerns with trading in my current vehicle which had an outstanding finance on it, which they ultimately were able to work into a very good deal. I feel the price was fair and consistent with what I priced out on my own on Jeep.ca. They took the time to respond to my follow-up questions over email/phone and were able to arrange a delivery date which was convenient for me. Never felt pressured, but I fully understand they have a business to run and making a sale is a priority to them so a little friendly assertiveness was felt at times, but overall, they got a sale and I think I have a great vehicle which will last me for years to come now. I think where a dealership really shines is in the after-sales service. I only took delivery of the vehicle a few hours ago but I expect that they will be able to answer any questions I may have in the coming weeks. Thanks again Leah. More

Andrew was great! He went out of his way to make my experience enjoyable and easy. He even stayed late so I could pick up my new vehicle after work.
