The upgraded sound system and navigation system will add value when we trade the vehicle in a few years. We are happy with our choice and proud to own a car "Imported from Detroit". While at the dealership, we met the General Manager, the Business Manager and several other Sales Representatives. Everyone gave us a feeling of genuine sincerity. As well, my husband had a problem with his current Chrysler 300. His regular service shop recommended a very expensive heater core replacement. Unique Chrysler identified the problem as a poorly assembled leaking thermostat housing. The repair was completed in a few hours on Christmas Eve. Again we are happy with Unique Chrysler and will return to purchase our next 300C from Mil. He did a great job! More

Unique provided us with an opportunity that most dealerships wouldn't. Upon hearing of our previous credit score most dealerships would have immediately shown us the door but instead Unique took the time to look into what our options were so that we could still purchase our new van. Mil was an excellent person to deal with. He went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we were satisfied with every element in our deal. He was able to condense our payment period, without making the payments unaffordable and also managed to get a good interest rate after bantering with the banks. Overall, Unique provided us with a friendly, welcome environment and made the purchase of this vehicle quite simple. More

After one test drive of the Wrangler Sahara I was hooked - the other models paled in comparison in my eyes. I have had the vehicle for two weeks already and I am just as excited hopping into today as I was on that first test drive. Brenda the finance Manager was phenomenal and patient with me- explaining all the nuances of the agreement as well as saving me money where at all posiible.Mike helped finish up on delivery day and answered any of my last minute questions. I have driven many different types of cars and dealt with many different dealerships- this experience was the best by far. My sales rep Mil made buying our new 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan really easy, especially with being a tough customer. Came in seeking credit pre-approval so that there was no surprises when closing the d Caravan really easy, especially with being a tough customer. Came in seeking credit pre-approval so that there was no surprises when closing the deal, and was delighted to hear that we would be able to finance the vehicle. With this behind me, we focused on getting the vehicle that we needed. Took the Canada Value Package demo vehicle out for a spin, but found that it was hard to see out the back with all the headrests in place, so reluctantly had to move up the trim level to the SXT model. Given it was virtually impossible to find an SXT model anywhere without all kinds of expensive options that I didn't want to pay for (like bluetooth & 8 way seat), I realized that moving up the trim level to the base model 30th Anniversary would get us all the extras that I actually wanted and didn't have any of the extras that I didn't want. 30th Anniversary base model seems to be a good value for what you get. Every time I met with Mil, like all good salesman, he always asked what does he need to do to get my business. So after doing some research on the internet, I found a dealer website (not the dodge.ca website), who shall remain nameless, who had an exceptionally good price on the 30th Anniversary model. I asked that to get my business that they match the price from the other dealer. Mil made it happen after consulting with the dealer as to what the final price would be and we made a fair deal based on that. Was overjoyed that it was that easy - unlike previous negotiating sessions. Then it came time to go over all the extras. Mil was very friendly and non-pressuring when going through all the extras, and the only one that I went with was a price-matched Canadian Auto Warranty with another 3rd party warranty, who shall remain nameless. I signed the deal originally with the Canadian Auto Warranty that was offered, but after having reviewed the warranty agreement (be sure to ask for it and read and understand it before you sign) I wasn't pleased with some of the wording, and Mil went the extra mile to accommodate my request to change it to a Chrysler Factory warranty at a good price without any hassles. After the locate was completed, the vehicle was delivered and it was really nice. Mil gave me a tour of the features of the van, and he was great to work with. It was like dealing with a good friend. I appreciate everyone at the dealership that made this deal work. It will make a huge difference for our family to have a nice reliable vehicle to travel at an affordable monthly payment.
