Have NEVER reviewed anything online before but Unique was that good I felt compelled to share my experience. Was shopping for a new car when it occurred to me that I should check out the Jeep lineup. Within seconds of entering the Unique dealership, Nicola Sharp welcomed me and made me feel extremely comfortable. She was unbelievably kind, knowledgeable and helpful! When I decided on the car I wanted, the negotiation process was easy and smooth. Really felt that Nicola and Steve Patruno actually WANTED my business and the price we agreed upon made sense for both sides. After agreeing to purchase I was shipped over to Michael Pearce's office to fill out the relevant paperwork. Almost instantly had a great rapport with Mike as we talked about cars, our careers and families. Absolutely great guy. If you're in the market for a great vehicle at a great price you absolutely cannot go wrong with the folks at Unique. 10/10 experience! More

I also dealt with Michael Pearce for setting up the financing and he too was very helpful in explaining everything when setting up the financing and got me approved for the loan right away. I would recommend this dealership because they have knowledgeable staff that treat you with respect and do not give you a hard time when making a purchase. More

On a Saturday brought my 2002 Dakota in for it regular maintenance. Service was completed fast, efficiently and priced as quoted. Anger, frustration, misunderstanding and disappointment was how we felt after completing our purchase with Unique Chrysler. We had visited numerous dealerships before going to Unique which was where we we was how we felt after completing our purchase with Unique Chrysler. We had visited numerous dealerships before going to Unique which was where we were originally from, we thought to check them out before going on holidays. The bright side of our purchase was Nicola Sharp, who is one of the best sales people we have every dealt with. She is very knowledgeable. courteous and very helpful. Once our dealings with Nicola was complete, this is where our troubles started. We met with Dave to sign the final paper work and after it was all signed he advised us it would be $1200 for the rust protection that was already on the car we had just purchased. He advise us that someone else had bought the car and ordered the protection but the deal fell thru. First we heard of this. We spoke to Nicola and she was shocked and went to speak to Dave right away. He advised us that the dealer had manufactures coupons and with the cost of removal, he could leave the rust protection on for a minimal fee. He spoke to us about the extended warranty, gave us the pamphlets and we advised him that we would read them and advise him on our return from holidays. We set up a pick up date for our return. We called to arrange the pick up our vehicle to find out the minimal fee was $900. We also went on line and found out the dealership was offering a $1000 coupon to new purchases. We asked to apply the coupon to the rust protection and we would call it quits. He said he could apply it to the extended warranty but not to the rust protection, the best he could do was let us have it for $700. Very disappointed with the outcome we declined the rust protection. We arrived to pick up our vehicle and fill out the financing paper work. We left with our new car only to find that we had no ownership copy with us. We called and they advised us they would mail the original and fax a copy to us immediately. Our insurance company had to make several calls to the dealership and to us to obtain copies of the ownership and bill of sales. If we had to rate the dealership on just Nicola it would be 90 plus but with all the rest I would not rate them very high. Nicola had apologized to us about 20 times for all the problems we had encountered at the dealership. We called the management at Unique and got another apology and an offer of a free oil change and detailing for our troubles. This means we would have to drive three hours back and forth for this to happen. We decided this was not worth it, in my opinion the dealership should have done something more. More
David was extremely helpful in making recommendations to me to replace my 2011 Dodge Caravan with a vehicle more suited to my current needs. His recommendation of a 2014 Jeep Cherokee North made sense and t me to replace my 2011 Dodge Caravan with a vehicle more suited to my current needs.
