Terrible customer service in the service dept! They kept our trailer for over a month to fix small issues. When we went to pick it up they had lost our keys, looked for them for about a minute then decide our trailer for over a month to fix small issues. When we went to pick it up they had lost our keys, looked for them for about a minute then decided it would be easier to make new ones. When we informed them that our trailer compound storage key was on them the ignorant man at the back desk basically said it wasn't his problem but that we could bring them the bill for the new key and they would reimburse us. No apology for the lost keys and we still have to wait for quotes on work we asked for over a month ago...again brushed off by the unhelpful ignorant man at the back desk. Sales was great, but the owners should be ashamed to have a service department like this! More

Sales people Chad and Larry very friendly, even offered to deliver our new r.v. to our leased sight. As promised our r.v. was delivered to our site in BC. Once it was levelled and in position, we went inside to find that our flat screen t.v. had crashed to the floor damaging the wood wall unit. If the service department had secured the t.v., we would have had no problems. I phoned the Service Manager Brad the next morning and his reaction was - disrespectful, aggressive, rude, and he told me it wasn't his fault if a customer did not secure the t.v. before they went down the highway. I responded that Chad had hauled the trailer and it wasn't his fault, it was sloppy work on the service end. Nothing I said mattered, maybe because I'm a woman. We had purchased a motorhome from Uncle Ben's several years ago and had no problem. The Salesman Chad and Larry were nice but Brad the Sales Manager was just aweful. More

Let me begin with saying that they were extremely helpful and accommodating right up until the sale was finalized. We had bought a Tahoe litehauler toy hauler from them and in all reality was a good trai and accommodating right up until the sale was finalized. Those small problems were however a big problem to get resolve with their service department and they always tried to charge us for the fixes even though they were "warranty". The last trip in to have a skylight fixed that was marked at the time of pick-up as needing to be replaced and them taking two years.. that's right two years to get the replacement skylight in resulted in our trailer being stolen from their parking lot. They left it in the public lot in front of their building instead of in the locked compound. That was two years ago and they still will not accept responsibility for their actions. I would not recommend this company to my enemies let alone friends. To them its all about the sale and not about customer service afterwards. Save yourself the time and hassle and look elsewhere. More

Not happy with any of the service department, they have never fixed anything we have taken there. The people are not friendly at all or helpful. Their warrenties are no help and the extented warranty is a never fixed anything we have taken there. The people are not friendly at all or helpful. We were even charged for a key they cut and we never even asked for one, so I tossed the key back and said give my money back I never asked for this, they did but did give me the key back to. We asked for an approximate cost and they couldn't even give us one. Pritty sad service and yes will look else where for my next repair and winterizing shop. Unless they can convince me otherwise!! Thier customer service is terrible, bought a 2002 Fleetwood motorhome from them and they talked us into a expensive warranty. We keep taking back to them to get the same issues with it fixed. The last time it was there they had it there for 3 months and still not fixed. Will not ever deal with them again. More
