Horrible customer service and complete lack of diligence Fortunately never made a purchase here. Picked a trailer really liked, told them was in a hurry to get all set up as I had plans to travel. Was told Fortunately never made a purchase here. Picked a trailer really liked, told them was in a hurry to get all set up as I had plans to travel. Was told the financing process shouldn't take more than few days. Applied for financing, after one week got email saying its still in processing, after 2 weeks, no decision and financing/store customer service never got back with answer/decision even after numerous emails. Just completely ignored me! Lost credit score points due to them pulling credit for nothing. Went to different RV dealership, within 2 days got financed and left with trailer. Just completely wasted my time!! Very poor financing services, very unmotivated and incompetent unless you buying something for cash. Wouldn't consider buying from a company like this anyway. Wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase anything in financing. More

Excellent customer service and employees at Uncle Ben's Had an inspection done on my travel trailer. The service desk was prompt and courteous. They gave me a detailed quote on work needing to be done. Next Had an inspection done on my travel trailer. The service desk was prompt and courteous. They gave me a detailed quote on work needing to be done. Next day I returned to pick up my trailer and two things I had purchased. They installed the one for me and the other they did for free. They were prompt and courteous on the second visit as well. I will return here for more work/purchases in the future. More

Overall our experience was a pleasurable one. I would recommend Uncle Ben's RV (Red Deer) to friends & family in a heartbeat! We love our new fifth wheel, can't wait for camping season to start!!! And still not fixed, same part has been ordered in wrong three separate times. No idea how these people remain in business, if there was a negative rating it would be still to good More

Beyond horrible We bought a gift wheel from these guys earlier this year. Our first trip out no big issues. Few minor things that I dealt with personally. Our next trip out however was a completely different story. After getting home from a long road trip we discovered that there was a wheel bearing failure. Took the trailer to a local rv repair shop and called these guys to tell them that there was a problem and that the camper was in getting fixed. They were all over it saying that they would cover the bill. HA! That didn't happen. So I took it in stride and just left it at that. Next trip out guess what another bearing failure on the other axel only this time I lost the wheel and did an additional $3000.00 damage. Where are they now hiding behind a phone. I'll never as long as I live deal with these clowns again. I'm so fustrated. More

Traded in my motor home had a verbal agreement for $20,000 trade in, then had to bring it in for an inspection, supposedly was water damaged, full of mold, and only good for auction.. So now trade in was $10,000. Like a fool I believed what they said, two weeks later I see it on the web site for $25,000.. I lost my xxxx, called everyone I could, told it was going to get fixed and was costing them $10,000 to fix it. 2 days later I go there it is sitting with a sold sign and not a thing done to it.. Looking to take this to the media and better business burial More

Feel like ive been stolen from If I could rate under one star, I would. The only helpful person/people there are the ones that transfer your calls and Hector. After I was asked to pay 200$ for a finance approval (which other places don't even do) - I was unable to finance and they would not process my money back onto my card. It has been just about three weeks and I still have yet to get this money back which in fact was not even mine and given to me to see if I could finance something. I have been fighting to get MY money which is absolutely off the wall. I would NOT recommend dealing with these people. Worst customer service, and no one there seems to care that they aren't giving you your money back. If somewhere down the line I get my money back then this rating will change, but not by much. Absolutely appalled. More

Now I guess my part is there but there is too much stuff in the way to get it. Have waited a week for them to be able to find but still too hard. By far the worst service I have ever had I my life. Just walk into the parts department and see what I mean. My advice is save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. More

Bad bad repair job from go Rv Red Deer I had service done on my drive on my boat as it was not going into gear at cars Rv as was turned into go Rv. I have nothing but problems since. Took it to a liscense Vovlo repair shop finally, the workmanship of go Rv mechanic ended up damaging the drive of my boat way worse than it ever was. Ended up with a 6900.00 repair bill. Tried to get in touch manager took 3 visits and me getting upset in the store before I even got a phone call. Tried work something out but Go Rv was obviously not really interested in helping. Won't return any emails now either. Reason for writing this review is so no one else gets this same treatment. Avoid this dealer ship at all costs. Thanks, Terry More
