They were quite accommodating of our needs and concerns and expressed that in tangible ways such as arranging to have a u and his team at Ulmer Chev. Kevin was fantastic to work with. I didn't feel pressured at all. I wasn't overwhelmed by being dragged around the lot and shown every vehicle. We test drove it, and Kevin went over most of the features it had to offer. He then passed my financial information on to the finance department. The following day I recieved a phone call from him to touch base and ask if I had any questions or concerns, and to make sure the finance department had been in touch. Kyle in finance was friendly and efficient. I was able to deal with him over the phone and save an extra trip into Lloyd. When we came to sign the paperwork, he was organzied and quick. He walked through all the extra warranties and options I could add and explained them thoroughly. When I came back the following day to pick up the new vehicle Terri was super friendly and showed me around the dealership explaining all the departments, and so on. I loved her excitement and enthusiasm. Kevin finished off my experience with a thorough explanation of all the features, set up my On-Star and Bluetooth. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle with Ulmers and its awesome staff!
