I felt comfortable and confident because my options were clearly explained and all my questions were answered in a direct and no nonsense manner. I was walked through the financing process quickly and efficiently by Kyle Loney and he and Ray helped me get everything in place so that I had my new vehicle the same day and could take it home. Ray also took extra time (after the dealership was officially closed and the deal had been finalized) to run through the features of my new truck and get me set up with OnStar. This is by far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The team at Ulmer is amazing, when it comes time to purchase a vehicle again I'll be bringing my business back to them. More
