3rd New vehicle through Ray I bought my first vehicle through Ray in 2009. Very helpful and friendly guy. He likes clean and black vehicles as much as I do. Awesome Absolute prefect experience! Lance was very truthful and helpful with displaying the vehicle. I took a test drive first, and did not realize that the Absolute prefect experience! Lance was very truthful and helpful with displaying the vehicle. I took a test drive first, and did not realize that the coolant was leaking afterwards, while Lance told me the problem, and he paid to fix the coolant. After I got the car, I found that the coolant was not fixed properly. Therefore, I phoned Lance. He helped to contact the service department, and got the problems solved. I did not pay for anything during the whole procedure. Anyway, it was nice experience. I will definitely choose this dealer again if I am going to buy a new car. More

Our new vehicle experience My Husband and I came to shop for a new vehicle. I had my heart set on a Chevy Tahoe. We had told Bridgett that we were only looking at first. She was My Husband and I came to shop for a new vehicle. I had my heart set on a Chevy Tahoe. We had told Bridgett that we were only looking at first. She was great. There was no pressure at all to buy or get in and test drive. In fact, we had to ask to go on a test drive. Which for some might be too much but it was nice because we had just started our search. We test drove a used Tahoe never thinking of getting a new one. Bridgett was very knowledgeable, friendly, and relative to our needs. She gave us a price and all the information that we needed to start our search with. There was no pressure to come back, or anything which was really nice. They even made fresh popcorn for my daughter which she loved! We went to another dealership and looked at a Yukon, which essentially are the same as a Tahoe. That dealership didn't have a newer used vehicle and so we looked at a 2015 for comparison. Well I think we fell in love with a 2015. We have a growing family and the Yukon or Tahoe would be great for our family for a long time. So we started looking at the 2015. I still had my heart set on a tahoe. After getting pricing from both ( and I will say the 2015 Yukon was cheaper) my husband sided with me and we bought our 2015 Tahoe from Bridgett. We got the extended warranty and I know that Colin dealt with Gord and Lance I believe. He had nothing bad to say about either of them. We got the extra protective coating etc.. for the Tahoe. I was really hoping that for all that, chevy would throw in the all season rubber mats for the front and second row, but they never did... Probably the only down side. I would think that for spending that kind of money a few hundred for the all season rubber mats would be a nice gesture. However, overall the service was great. They delivered our vehicle for us so we didn't have to make an extra trip into Lloydminster which was a definite bonus. Thank you More

kept me in the loop Brad kept me in the loop constantly on the vehicles i was interested in. He had tried to get me a diesel Cruze a few months prior, but wasnt able to. Even months later Brad still kept in contact with me keeping me updated on the options he could find. It was a toss between a mid size Colorado or a diesel Cruze. he informed me about a Cruze that had been on the lot and the second i seen it i knew i had found my new vehicle! Brad helped me out while i was working outta town to get things arranged. He and the Crew at Ulmers made the entire process easy and painless!
