I test drove a few, and they went over all the options and packages, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. It took me a little while to pick the right truck, I even changed my mind twice regarding which one to get, they were patient and helpful the whole time. This was reassuring as I wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The guys were great at explaining everything, and made good sensible recommendations, narrowing my search for the perfect ride for me! I am a hard customer to please, and it was a great feeling to drive away completely satisfied! More

This is our fourth vehicle that we have bought from Ray - he has been someone that we can call on after we drive the vehicle off the lot - whether it is a question about how to work the radio or to put a new license plate on. We feel we can call him anytime. Our finance guy (can't remember his name - very last office in the far hallway) was great to deal with as well. He was patient with us as we had two crying kids with us when we were trying to sign papers. He answered all of our questions. We love dealing with the staff at Ulmer. One of the main reasons we wanted to purchase extended warranty was the fact we could service our vehicle at Ulmer. We find Ron at the service desk is very friendly, helps with the kids if we have them and always fits us in around our schedule. Thank you to everyone at Ulmer for helping us out when we need it!
