Wouldn't Buy From Them - But Do Want to Thank Them I really want to thank this dealership for helping me find a terrific new Ford Focus, though it was at another dealership. We were looking to purch I really want to thank this dealership for helping me find a terrific new Ford Focus, though it was at another dealership. We were looking to purchase a new 2013 or 2014 Ford Focus in January 2014 and stopped by this location to see what they had. We really wanted something with standard transmission, but would consider automatic. We were informed that the only 2013 model they had was a demo unit with about 24k on the odometer, but it it was available for $16k. After test driving the car, we felt the price was reasonable enough that we could go with an automatic transmission and a year off its original warranty. When we sat down to do the paperwork for the offer, the salesman had to check on something with his manager and came back to tell us that the $16k price ended a day or two ago and it was now $18k. Being allergic to "bait & switch", we got the heck out of there as fast as possible and went to the next closest dealership where we were treated well, our time wasn't wasted, and we purchased a brand new (13 km on the odometer!) candy blue Ford Focus with standard transmission for $20k. More

Worst Ford dealer around!!!! This place has to be the worst Ford dealer around. I usually don't buy into what other people have to say or there reviews. But this place is bad. Every time my wife walks into this place there's new people working there, plus have to wait hour an half for oil change when we had an appointment. I now understand why now. One of our family members was looking to possible purchase vehicle, he over heard the rude Sales Manager (Mike Cassar) swearing in the show room, and not just that but letting out fart in the showroom where customer are standing, that is just plain disgusting. My wife and I have never dealt with Mike Cassar before as we heard several horrible stories about him, and of coarse stories online about him. If this sort of behavior comes from the top, I can only imagine the rest of the employees are just the same. More

We bought a 2016 fully loaded Titanium Ford Escape in November 2015 and the very first week the remote starter did not work. since then the car has been in service 5 times. The first 3 times it was at the dealership for a full day. When we picked up the car at the end of the day they said they fixed the issue every of those 3 times, but unfortunately the 3rd time when they changed the antenna or frequency unit, they messed something else. We now have another issue which was every time we start the car, the sunroof will open randomly. We left the car for a week from Feb 9th till the 18th, to get those issues fixed but again when we picked up the car it is the same scenario, they said they fixed the problems when we got home the problems were still exitent. On Feb 23rd, we took the car back for a 5th time, to fix the original issue the remote and the new issue which they cause by trying to fix the first issue. our car is still in service today will be the 17th day. In the meantime, they are taking our money every month for a fully loaded Escape ...you all tell us what would you call that....its like we have been ripped off. our hard working money for something we don't even have or a defective vehicle when we had it. We contacted Ford Canada on January 29th, but all we have got it the run around from everyone. Please everyone stay away from TWIN HILLS FORD RICHMOND HILL, they are very nice before we bought the Escape but now that we are having issues with something they sold us....no one there cares or give a **** because they already got their money. More

I had unfortunately already given a deposit(never give a deposit ever) and would have lost it if I bailed. These people are nothing other than xxxx waiting to take you for a ride. They will do anything to get you to come in to their showroom. They will then masterfully screw you. Don't go near these rogues. More
Terrible Service Went in to have work done on my 2015 F-150 and was told by the service Adviser they didn't want to service it and questioned why I didn't bring it Went in to have work done on my 2015 F-150 and was told by the service Adviser they didn't want to service it and questioned why I didn't bring it to the dealer I bought the truck off. As this location is close to my work and convenient for me to leave my vehicle at I wanted the work done here. They reluctantly took it in and told me I would receive a call before any work was done. I never received this call and had to follow up. Upon following up I was advised it would only take 2 hours to make the simple repair and my truck would be ready by 11:00am, well before 4:00pm as that's when I get off work. 4:00pm comes around and still no call, so I again follow up and they tell me it's not done yet and I have to go there and wait. Finally and hour later the technician tells me the work is done except for the repair to the AM radio. I'm told they need to order a new entertainment console which will take a few weeks and they will call when it comes in. Again I got no phone call and had to follow up with them. I was told they will look to see if it has come in yet and call me back. Yet again no phone call back. This happened 5-6 times between August 2015 and February 2016 always getting the same answer of "we will look into it and call you back" It's now March 2016 with no call back so I cancelled the work order and I am taking my business elsewhere with no intention of ever returning. More

My complaint goes to upper management. I have never seen an Owner come into a department and start yelling at his employees in front of customers like they were no value to his company. Very disrespectful and I dont know why anyone would want to work for him. It is not very inviting for customers to want to come back, when you go into a dealorship to get your car serviced and youre watching the employees be degraded by there boss. Very unprofessional More
