I have been going to Turpin since they were on Carling. I have always been pleased with the quality of their work, the friendliness of their staff - and the shuttle service both to and from. He is exceptionally friendly, qualified, helpful. He took care of several "warranty covered" repairs, saved me time, money, hassle. The whole dealership is a friendly bunch, never a problem. This service appointment was based an a service follow-up as it was recommended to come in to see if there was something that could be done further to correct the issue. It was corrected to 95% which was mo as it was recommended to come in to see if there was something that could be done further to correct the issue. It was corrected to 95% which was more than satisfactory for me short of paying more service fees that I feel at this time is unwarranted given the issue at hand. From the moment we walked in Frank took care of us. He explained the work needing to be done but also what recommendations were needed now and which could wait. He also double checked our bill and noticed a discrepency. He looked into it and turns out the computer was showing a price that was higher than the printed price on the poster. That was corrected and we were sent on our way. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone. More
