Problems with an elusive clanking noise was said to be repaired, Only to come back 1 hour later. I brought the car back and several hours later was fixes at no additional charge. I visited several dealerships and used car lots before coming to Turpin. I wish it had been my first stop! This was my first time purchasing a car, Jerry and Peter were great at finding me a selection coming to Turpin. I wish it had been my first stop! This was my first time purchasing a car, Jerry and Peter were great at finding me a selection that fell within my price range, and when my payment ended up being a little bit more than I had budgeted (due to a credit score issue on my part) they were amazing about getting the car back into my price range. Peter explained the whole financing process to me and made it easy to understand. He explained all of my options, and even my future options (trade in/refinancing etc). He was extremely helpful, everyone I dealt with was friendly and personable! I ended up with a car that I LOVE, that fits nicely into my budget. What I really appreciated was the extra little things they did, like giving me a courtesy drive to work so I wouldn't be late after an appointment, following up with me during the process (which was a lot quicker than I expected!), following up with me afterwards, and, when I lost my car keys while out of town 2 months after I got my car, the parts department was able to give the code to the locksmith so I could get keys cut and come back to Ottawa! I will definitely recommend Turpin and Peter to anyone who is looking to purchase a car, and I will definitely be dealing with them for any of my future needs! More

Then when I still have no clue what they are talking about, they explain it again but compare it to something I might know about. - They also give me a quote of what the additional work is going to cost and tell me whether the items needs to be addressed right away or can wait a couple weeks or month. - The CSRs are very friendly when I check in at 7am, regardless of whether or not they are "morning people". - The shuttle drivers are very friendly and understanding when I don't make it down to the door right on time. I stopped in 2 months later to have something checked and not only did he fix it himself but also washed my car while I waited. To me this was an altimate show of divotion to their customers. I have been taking my Saturns and Saabs to Turpin ever since I bought them there, starting back in 2003. Turpin used to be a GM dealership. In my humble opinion, GM chose to eliminate the wrong GM dealership in Ottawa, and also made a big mistake dropping the Saturn line. Turpin Saturn Saab, and its successor Turpin Saab Suzuki AutoWorld have always given me excellent technical advice and service, fairly priced and efficiently delivered by a friendly, knowledgeable team. My family members who drive GM vehicles always take them to Turpin for service when they are visiting Ottawa. I would not hesitate to recommend Turpin to any family member or friend. More
