This is my second Kia purchase, I was very pleased with the first, a 09 Sportage and I found the People there to be honest and attentive Ive found the Kia vehicles to be a good product, and im hoping that the first, a 09 Sportage and I found the People there to be honest and attentive Ive found the Kia vehicles to be a good product, and im hoping that continues with my 2014 Sorento which is really well equipped and laid out. I got the V6 AWD it has some pretty advanced handling and stability controls built into, it which make it, I think a much safer vehicle on slippery winter roads. If you make what would otherwise be a serious mistake it will remain in control and driveable I am quite impressed with its handling It has a much faster cycling rate on the ABS also which makes it steerable under full braking on a slippery surface It has a 3500 pound towing capacity and the Engine is powerfull so it appears to be a great package. Here we go again, A few weeks ago, we bought a KIA Forte Here we go again, A few weeks ago, we bought a KIA Forte 2014. The customer service we experienced then, left us wanting more. So two weeks later we Here we go again, A few weeks ago, we bought a KIA Forte 2014. The customer service we experienced then, left us wanting more. So two weeks later we went back to look at purchasing another KIA. We knew well that the pricing of the vehicles are exactly the same across the board, so why were we going back to drive an hour and half out of our way. Well simply put, its like your favorite restaurant that has great service, you always go back. There are many car companies and car dealers, all competing for a customer to sell cars. I am proud to join the KIA family, because that is exactly what me and my family experienced - a family experience. I went in to buy a KIA Rio HB and realized that my needs were a little more than what the RIO could provide. Mike and I sat down and discussed what my family needs were and quickly sat down in the KIA Soul 4U. We strapped in the babyseat and my toddler and off we went for a drive. Came back shortly thereafter and did the numbers ( I am a numbers guy, numbers don't lie). Five minutes later, the deal was done. I went on my merry way. I returned a few days later to pick up my car. Fern and Mike were awaiting my arrival, my car already to go. The paperwork was quick and painless. Fern showed me the inner workings of my car and setup my bluetooth for my drive home. As we were chatting, I got to understand why the KIA Family is so important to staff at Perth KIA. Recently we attended a KIA dealership in Ottawa and we received the slick car salesman treatment with constantly having to negotiate with the sales manager of our criteria to buy. A family member referred us to Mike at Perth KIA . Mike treated us with respect and gave us a customer service experience that we are not familiar with in today's fast paced sales environment. It did not take us long to purchase the vehicle of our choice. The service we received from Cory upon pick up was above and beyond. My husband shopped around for a new car for us as our truck was a little too big for our garage. He is very particular in what he wanted and it was to have a very comfortable car for taking long trips a truck was a little too big for our garage. You see I have several medical problems and he is always concerned about me. Once he found the vehicle that might work for us he brought me in to see the vehicle. The sales person Mike welcomed me and made me feel like family and that made me feel good about this dealership. Mike was having a great time joking around with my husband as my husband tried several times to get a better price for the vehicle he loves to barter. Once I sat in the vehicle I really liked it and told my husband if he liked as well we should get it. So we said yes to our new vehicle. Next when the paperwork was ready my husband brought me back in to sign with him, the person we then met was Cory and he was very pleasant and very accommodating to my health issues. We were then shown the vehicle front to back, left to right, and in between, that was awesome to me. The staff are amazing and I can't think of another place to bye a car.
