It was time for me to trade in my vehicle which I had previously leased from Turpin. I wanted to purchase a vehicle this time and placed a telephone call to Turpin Motors; Corrie Ratcliffe was my first contact at Turpin. I briefly explained to Corry what I was interested in purchasing and my price range etc. The same day I received a phone call back from Corrie during which he told me that he had found the perfect vehicle for me within my price range. The following day, I purchased the vehicle. Marc Gervais was extremely fair and very competitive in providing me with the best possible trade-in allowance on my old vehicle and a good purchase price for the new vehicle. I did some comparison shopping at 2 other similar dealerships in Ottawa, (for the same vehicle)and the best deal by far was with Turpin Motors for the following two reasons. The first one is obvious, in that the net purchase cost to me was less at Turpin. The second reason is due to the professionalism showcased by all of the staff I had the pleasure to meet. When I first walked through the dealership doors, I immediately felt relaxed and welcomed. I especially felt relaxed when dealing with Laurie Martin who arranged all of the necessary financing details without a single 'glitch'.... This service appointment was based an a service follow-up as it was recommended to come in to see if there was something that could be done further to correct the issue. They answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and requests and helped me get a great car at a reasonable price. A test drive was arranged on my second visit even though it was late and the car was sitting in the middle of the showroom. There was no pressure whatsoever, just friendly service and a few good laughs also! They gave me extras with the car without having to ask, just to make sure I would have no issues - they even threw in a first oil change. Overall my impression is that they are very honest, they know their stuff and they seem really interested in gaining customers through excellent service. I look forward to doing business with them again when the time comes, and I will probably end up having all my maintenance done there going forward. They have a great new car in the Kazashi. Bang for the buck is right up there with the Sonata,plus AWD! I have a rather lenghty commute with winter weather I was looking for an awd sedan.
