I have been taking my Saturns and Saabs to Turpin ever since I bought them there, starting back in 2003. Turpin used to be a GM dealership. Turpin Saturn Saab, and its successor Turpin Saab Suzuki AutoWorld have always given me excellent technical advice and service, fairly priced and efficiently delivered by a friendly, knowledgeable team. My family members who drive GM vehicles always take them to Turpin for service when they are visiting Ottawa. I would not hesitate to recommend Turpin to any family member or friend. More

My service today was exceptional...From Frank Fraser, who handled my booking, to Mark Larose who did the maintenance, all in all - a very smooth and easy process. If ordered parts were going to be late, I have been offered alternatives; Turpin has paid for many car rentals for me, outside of my warranty period. That quality never wavered, even during the Saab divorce / GM's meltdown. Turpin staff has always been professional, helpful, patient and friendly (even when I wasn't) and I would prefer to deal with no one but Turpin. My mother who was purchasing a used car was very nervous about the whole experience. With the help of Mr. Guigue, it was a good experience. He is exceptionally friendly, qualified, helpful. He took care of several "warranty covered" repairs, saved me time, money, hassle. The whole dealership is a friendly bunch, never a problem. Had a great experience with Turpin Auto Sales. We started out at Turpin, and then had gone around trying out several different makes and models.
