I would definitely recommend Turpin Autoworld to anyone interested in buying a car, whether used or new. I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to take a few minutes to thank Peter, Dan and Laurie for interested in buying a car, whether used or new. I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to take a few minutes to thank Peter, Dan and Laurie for the great service. They answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and requests and helped me get a great car at a reasonable price. A test drive was arranged on my second visit even though it was late and the car was sitting in the middle of the showroom. There was no pressure whatsoever, just friendly service and a few good laughs also! They gave me extras with the car without having to ask, just to make sure I would have no issues - they even threw in a first oil change. Overall my impression is that they are very honest, they know their stuff and they seem really interested in gaining customers through excellent service. I look forward to doing business with them again when the time comes, and I will probably end up having all my maintenance done there going forward. Turpin is a top notch dealership: 5 stars all-around. I have shopped in several places over the years, this was one of my best experiences. Thanks for everything! Ben More

From the moment we walked in Frank took care of us. He explained the work needing to be done but also what recommendations were needed now and which could wait. He also double checked our bill and noticed a discrepency. He looked into it and turns out the computer was showing a price that was higher than the printed price on the poster. That was corrected and we were sent on our way. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone. More

They have a great new car in the Kazashi. Bang for the buck is right up there with the Sonata,plus AWD! I have a rather lenghty commute with winter weather I was looking for an awd sedan. The car ticks all the boxes and the folks at Tupin- especially Peter Lafreniere were upfront and a pleasure to deal with. I am pleased with the service as I traded in a SAAB that was serviced by them. I would not hesitate to send anyone there,from low to high budget,they've got it. Richard More
