If ordered parts were going to be late, I have been offered alternatives; Turpin has paid for many car rentals for me, outside of my warranty period. That quality never wavered, even during the Saab divorce / GM's meltdown. Turpin staff has always been professional, helpful, patient and friendly (even when I wasn't) and I would prefer to deal with no one but Turpin. NOTE: employees named are current; there have been other advisors, mechanics and managers over 8 years and each person offered outstanding service. More

My mother who was purchasing a used car was very nervous about the whole experience. With the help of Mr. Guigue, it was a good experience. It was time for me to trade in my vehicle which I had previously leased from Turpin. I wanted to purchase a vehicle this time and placed a telephone call to Turpin Motors; Corrie Ratcliffe was my first contact at Turpin. I briefly explained to Corry what I was interested in purchasing and my price range etc. The same day I received a phone call back from Corrie during which he told me that he had found the perfect vehicle for me within my price range. The following day, I purchased the vehicle. Marc Gervais was extremely fair and very competitive in providing me with the best possible trade-in allowance on my old vehicle and a good purchase price for the new vehicle. I did some comparison shopping at 2 other similar dealerships in Ottawa, (for the same vehicle)and the best deal by far was with Turpin Motors for the following two reasons. The first one is obvious, in that the net purchase cost to me was less at Turpin. The second reason is due to the professionalism showcased by all of the staff I had the pleasure to meet. When I first walked through the dealership doors, I immediately felt relaxed and welcomed.
