The test drive went fine and the signing and contract was explained. My car was ready when promised. I understand they are in commission sales but they were not agressive. So far so good on this major service but I am only a few days into driving our 2002 Saab 9.5 2.3t since Turpin fixed the major problem we had. The vehicle would just completely shut down without warning while being driven. Turns out it was the culmination of fixing broken hoses with baling wire and bubble gum since our warranty expired. The repairs totalled a little over $1400. My only quibble with Turpin goes back to September 2009 when we had problems filling the 70 Litre gas tank. After unsuccessfully trying a new fill neck, for which I was credited the cost, including labour, a new tank was ordered and installed at a cost of just under $1,700. The only problem was that a 60 litre tank seems to have been installed, not the OEM 70 litre one removed. That significantly reduced the range of the vehicle. I have never received a satisfactory explanation from Turpin about this. More

Problems with an elusive clanking noise was said to be repaired, Only to come back 1 hour later. I brought the car back and several hours later was fixes at no additional charge. I visited several dealerships and used car lots before coming to Turpin. I wish it had been my first stop! This was my first time purchasing a car, Jerry and Peter were great at finding me a selection coming to Turpin. I wish it had been my first stop! This was my first time purchasing a car, Jerry and Peter were great at finding me a selection that fell within my price range, and when my payment ended up being a little bit more than I had budgeted (due to a credit score issue on my part) they were amazing about getting the car back into my price range. Peter explained the whole financing process to me and made it easy to understand. He explained all of my options, and even my future options (trade in/refinancing etc). He was extremely helpful, everyone I dealt with was friendly and personable! I ended up with a car that I LOVE, that fits nicely into my budget. What I really appreciated was the extra little things they did, like giving me a courtesy drive to work so I wouldn't be late after an appointment, following up with me during the process (which was a lot quicker than I expected!), following up with me afterwards, and, when I lost my car keys while out of town 2 months after I got my car, the parts department was able to give the code to the locksmith so I could get keys cut and come back to Ottawa! I will definitely recommend Turpin and Peter to anyone who is looking to purchase a car, and I will definitely be dealing with them for any of my future needs! More

Peter sat with me and went through all my options as well as a list of cars that met my needs. He also discused ways to lower my intrest in as little as one year. Peter and the team at Turpin worked very hard to make sure I was happy and not just till I signed the paper but after. I stopped in 2 months later to have something checked and not only did he fix it himself but also washed my car while I waited. To me this was an altimate show of divotion to their customers. I will never go to another dealership again and I tell everyone I know how friendly and commited they are. More
