When we finally set our sights on a Kia Soul, we While it can be challenging to find the right vehicle, finding the right dealership is even harder. When we finally set our sights on a Kia Soul, we sent out e-mail inquiries. Turpin was the only dealer that responded to all of our questions and didn't add notional fees or excessive charges to standard fees like PPSA and the tire levy. As a result, they had the best value. While this dealership is not as large or commercialized as the others we visited we found it was way more comfortable and personable. We were especially turned off at other dealers because the salespeople spoke disparagingly about each other and tried to scoop our sale from their colleague - if the salespeople don't trust each other why should the customer?. At Turpin everyone seemed to work together to get the deal done and were more concerned with our experience and needs. The salesperson we spoke with, Mike, explained Turpin is like a family and that they all work together and this was evident throughout our purchase. We also worked closely with the sales manager, Andre, who has a great sense of humour, helped to set us at ease and gave us great advice. Both Andre and Mike were very honest with us, and didn't try to sell us on items we didn't need. We went into our purchase ready for a battle and came out bewildered (and relieved) when we realized we closed the deal on a vehicle we love at a great price without any hiccups, surprises, or a feeling of having been misled. One week in we are super happy with the Kia Soul. If we could, we would by a few more just because of the great experience provided by Andre and Mike. More

Kevin and Andre wore very friendly, showed patience to answer all of our questions, worked very hard to get to the "number" that we had in mind, didn't feel rushed or pushed in to buying our vehicle. We felt very relaxed and that we are around friends making some of decisions together. I am not, by any means rich person, and I wanted the best for the money I can spend.
