Recently we attended a KIA dealership in Ottawa and we received the slick car salesman treatment with constantly having to negotiate with the sales manager of our criteria to buy. A family member referred us to Mike at Perth KIA . Mike treated us with respect and gave us a customer service experience that we are not familiar with in today's fast paced sales environment. It did not take us long to purchase the vehicle of our choice. The service we received from Cory upon pick up was above and beyond. I can't believe they are selling cars at Perth Kia, amazing service. It's suffice to say that they are selling customer service with the option to buy a car. My husband shopped around for a new car for us as our truck was a little too big for our garage. He is very particular in what he wanted and it was to have a very comfortable car for taking long trips a truck was a little too big for our garage. You see I have several medical problems and he is always concerned about me. Once he found the vehicle that might work for us he brought me in to see the vehicle. The sales person Mike welcomed me and made me feel like family and that made me feel good about this dealership. Mike was having a great time joking around with my husband as my husband tried several times to get a better price for the vehicle he loves to barter. Once I sat in the vehicle I really liked it and told my husband if he liked as well we should get it. So we said yes to our new vehicle. Next when the paperwork was ready my husband brought me back in to sign with him, the person we then met was Cory and he was very pleasant and very accommodating to my health issues. We were then shown the vehicle front to back, left to right, and in between, that was awesome to me. The staff are amazing and I can't think of another place to bye a car. We brought our 2010 KIA which we previously purchased from Perth KIA in for an oil change and when I was informed that my warranty was soon to expire we went outside and looked at the new Rondo with delu from Perth KIA in for an oil change and when I was informed that my warranty was soon to expire we went outside and looked at the new Rondo with deluxe features - Mike Peters talked about the redesign of the vehicle and the latest features and suggested we take it for a test drive which we did. We were both pleased with the new vehicle and I asked about ours as a trade in. KIA was having a sale so it made it viable for us to trade in and upgrade. When we picked up the vehicle yesterday (October 2) Fern Turpin spent well over an hour going over the controls and especially the display features of the vehicle and even set up my cell phone for hands free use. Fern even said to drop in anytime if I have any problems with the display features. Always a great experience dealing with Perth KIA. More
