My wife and I are brand new 2019 Niro SX Touring owners and we couldn't be happier. We were pleasantly greeted by Andre who discussed the Niro with us and after 10-15 minutes we had a good vibe and felt like Turpin Kia was a place we'd feel comfortable giving our business to if we could reach an agreement on the cost (more on that in a moment). Andre was open and honest with us with all of our questions and concerns and exceeded our expectations in earning our business. Even after we signed off on the deal, Andre stayed in touch with us to keep us posted on the delivery, reminders for what we would need on delivery day, etc. It was thoughtful and appreciated. I know for a fact we got a fair price on the car too. If you live in Carp/Kanata/Stittsville and got the "best price" from the other guys.... well, Carleton Place isn't that far, do yourselves a favour and go to Turpin... they are fully transparent with cost/fees!
