The car I had purchased just over 3 years earlier had blown its engine. I needed a new car. They were able to work some magic and get me into a brand new 2020 Kia Soul, and squeezed out the best deal I could get with what I had. Mike, Andrea and Andre all had a hand in getting things straightened up and me on my way. The only hiccup came with regards to tires, due to a miscommunication. Anything you ask about, make sure whichever sales rep you deal with, tell each of them and get it in writing. More

As we arrived, we were greeted immediately by Peter Stokes and he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process. No games and back and forth. Both Peter and Andre Smith (Sales Manager) were very friendly, honest and professional. Each of them was very transparent and it was evident that they knew their product. I would recommend this dealership and working with Peter and Andre to anyone looking to buy a KIA. I've also really been impressed with the services offered by KIA and the quality of their vehicles. No stress, no pressure buying process. I went for a 'tire kicking' test drive to start with as I'd never owned or even driven a Kia before. It started with very prompt, friendly replies from Peter Stokes from my initial generic web site inquiry and then from subsequent emails. Went out for a test drive on the same day as my initial web inquiry - talk about efficient! They were also one of the only Kia dealerships that had the model I was interested available to test drive. Since this was just for initial impressions, I made it clear to Peter that I was doing homework and was not sure what I was interested in buying yet. Also, on my suggestion, Andre (sales manager) looked at my trade in vehicle while I was out test driving with Peter - again very efficient. What I appreciated most was that Peter was there to give me information and was not doing any high pressure sales. It was very relaxed and friendly - unlike a certain Ford dealership I had recently been to in Manotick that was all about the high pressure sale approach. In the end I went back for a 2nd test drive with my wife and because we both liked the car and we liked the relaxed dealership sales approach, we didn't feel the need to hunt around the city anymore. To make a long story short, we felt well looked after, received a fair deal on a very popular model that had to be ordered from the factory, and received good followup communication up to and throughout delivery and pickup - including a small speed bump with the winter tire setup that was easily resolved. Kudos and thank you to Peter, Andre and the Turpin team - including the service department that was involved in the winter tire resolution. More
