From start to finish Turpin was amazing to deal with! I turned to Turpin for my new vehicle after a horrendous experience with a Kia dealership in Kanata. I purchased my recent 2024 Seltos without stepping foot in the dealership until the day I picked it up. I felt like this was the dealership I wanted to purchase my car from the second I received an email from Andrea. She was clear, concise and also happen to have the exact car I wanted coming within the next 2-3 months. I told her what 'add ons' I did not want and she didn't push any of them. She let me know what was part of the dealership package but did not push anything else. Andrea was so personable that I felt like I was sitting with a friend having coffee and signing some documents. I never felt rushed and felt like I was in good hands. Andre was a dream to work with, I let him know that we didn't want any add-ons, he went through the list of items he needed to ask but didn't push anything I didn't want. He kept in touch with updates on where the car was, and also let us know that the warranty was on sale if we were interested. Vicki was the cherry ontop of this amazing car buying experience. She kept it real, showing me all the different features in the car, helping me set up the Bluetooth, my profile in the car. Vicki was an absolute delight to deal with, always laughing and making me feel like she had all the time in the world to walk me through this vehicle. I could not have asked for a better group of people to work with on my first ever brand-new car purchase.
