When shopping for our new vehicle, we contacted and/or visited every KIA dealership in and around Ottawa and Turpin KIA was hands-down the absolute best from a service perspective. While other dealers tell you that "you're family" when you buy from them, actions speak louder than words and you actually FEEL like family with Turpin. No pushy sales tactics, no obfuscation, no hassling, no sneaky up-selling and I can say with absolute honesty that they look out for your best interests when purchasing a vehicle. Car shopping can be a anxiety-inducing experience, but it was seriously refreshing to deal with Andrea and the rest of the Turpin KIA staff. We hope not to be on the market for another vehicle TOO soon, but we know where we'll be going when we are! More
