If you are thinking of taking your truck to this place DONT!! They had our new dodge Ram for over a month to replace the transmission. When we did receive it back the back end of our box was damaged. They DONT!! They had our new dodge Ram for over a month to replace the transmission. When we did receive it back the back end of our box was damaged. They promised it would be cleaned and it was dirty, so this was hidden! We noticed it and took it right back to them. Someone was clearly trying to break into our box. There are scratches down to the metal and deep dents. They will not take responsibility for this and want us to pay half to have something repaired that happened when this truck was not even in our possession. They claim to have no cameras but when pushed I was told that they are currently not working. This is not acceptable!! If you are looking for a place with good customer service RUN from Triple 777!! Got my vehicle serviced here and had an issue with block heater. The repair was a bit complicated so the quote cost was nearly 1000$.
