Service Department is horrible!! I took my 2014 Jeep there because my front dif was leaking on both the left and right. They phoned me and pretty much said it was all in my head, tha I took my 2014 Jeep there because my front dif was leaking on both the left and right. They phoned me and pretty much said it was all in my head, that there were absolutely no leaks, and made me feel stupid. Took it over to Crestview this week and they were indeed leaking really bad and both had to be changed! Thanks for letting me think it was ok and driving it like that when I could have ended up with some big issues! Never again will they get our business! You guys are ridiculous!!!!! More

Very poor service. Booked an appointment for a 'check engine' diagnostic. First problem was they set my appointment in their system for the time I had called to book th Booked an appointment for a 'check engine' diagnostic. First problem was they set my appointment in their system for the time I had called to book the appointment and not for the actual date and time that I was told. This was realized when I left dropped my vehicle off on the morning of my appointment. I showed up early, and was told I had missed my booking altogether. Second issue, for a simple computer diagnostic check, they had my vehicle in the shop all day. Was told of the repairs required and that parts were on order and they'd be there the next day so to keep things simple, they'd keep my vehicle overnight. I agreed and awaited a call the day after on the status of my repair. Never got one. I called in the afternoon to see how things were going and was told the parts never arrived and would be there the next day. Same thing as before, the vehicle was left over night and never received a call that anything was completed. This went on all week. I didn't get my vehicle repairs completed until late afternoon on Friday. They had the vehicle since 7:30 Monday morning. The repair was 3 hours. I never received a single courtesy call to let me know anything. I was the one that had to follow up and phone for status updates. Following that I thought, 'Ok, this must be a chance bad experience', so I took my vehicle there once again for my next service work. Again, the vehicle was dropped off at 7:30 am as per the appointment time, yet they took all day to do a simple diagnostic check and to tell me the parts were on order. For 3 days I hadn't received an update on the parts so I called in and was told they were ordered and he'd see where they were in shipping and that I'd get a call back to let me know. I never received the call back. I called again the next day, got the same response and no followup call back. For over two weeks I never received a call to let me know the status of the parts that were supposedly ordered. In the meantime, I'd taken the vehicle to another dealership and have since had the repairs completed, without ever receiving a call back from Triple Seven. Not once had I become difficult to deal with as I had been far too patient from the start. Seems they just didn't want the business. More
There was a ton of pressure to make the decision right away. The salesman knew nothing about the used car that he was trying to sell me. It was way over priced which I found out after he pressured me to make the decision to buy. He tried to get us to pay more for the winter tires that came with the vehicle. The vehicle came to me with every stitch of private information from the previous owner that traded it in previously in it including their license plate and loan papers. I can't think of anything about this place that I liked other than the awesome car I got, even though it was crazy overpriced. More
