They got me in when I wanted, diagnosed the problem and advised the cost of repair before proceeding. They did an inspection on my truck and found my brakes needed servicing, but not replaced and the estim advised the cost of repair before proceeding. Reed has always been very helpful, explaining the issue and repair, and being understanding to my particular issue. He went as far as having the service tech come up and offer a further explanation of the particular issue they have dealt with for me. I would recommend this dealership for sure. More

Showed up late Friday afternoon and asked if I could still get an oil change. No appointment but was politely and swiftly looked after.
