Took my vehicle to Triple 7 for an oil change and routine maintenance on Thursday. I used the night drop service and did not pick my vehicle up until 430 the following day. My vehicle remained in Triple 7s l maintenance on Thursday. I used the night drop service and did not pick my vehicle up until 430 the following day. My vehicle remained in Triple 7s lot for over 20 hours. After I picked my vehicle up I drove it straight home and parked it in my garage. Saturday morning I noticed a scrape with yellow paint on the rear corner of my vehicle. To me it looked like maybe someone had scraped one of the yellow concrete bolsters in the parking lot. I contacted triple 7 and left a message for the service manager Clinton. He did not return my call Monday morning, so after calling 3 more times and leaving 2 more messages the receptionist finally tracked him down for me and I drove down for him to see my vehicle. Clinton denied any possibility that my vehicle was damaged on Triple 7s property because he "did not have any proof". He claimed that there was nothing at that height in the lot that could have damaged the car. He alternated between claiming that it had to be something textured and saying that it looked like another vehicle had rubbed against my car when backing out. I told Clinton that I had not noticed the damage prior to my vehicle being at Triple 7 and suggested that another vehicle had hit it while it was parked in their lot. Clinton again denied any possibility of that as no other customer had reported it. Clinton then went on to insinuate that I had damaged my vehicle on the weekend and was trying to blame Triple 7 as he did not recieved my messages from the weekend. After insulting me, Clinton again stated that he was refusing to accept any responsibility due to lack of proof, despite the fact that he was unable to definitively say that the damage did not occur on the lot More
