Got it done thankyou My truck ford f350 king ranch died on me and had it towed to alliston for opening time next day.. Had to go to work so only spoke to service on phone. Needed two batteries and alternator (diesel) service was honest , said will try to have it done by end of day but might not. They got it done. Thankyou. Have been to other dealer in barrie for issues three times and always diesel mecanic to busy and I gkt nothing fixed there unless I wanted to leave truck for days. Trillum ford got stuff done asap and were polite on phone. Need I say more. More

Due to a problem at Ford we were told a month later that we would not receive the vehicle until late January. The delay was a disappointment and a problem for us. Our sales person stepped up and along with the general manager were able to provide us with us with a loaner vehicle. Sarah followed up with us and made sure that the delivery of our new vehicle and return of the loaner went smoothly. More

The staff at Trillium are always courteous and accommodating, I have never had anything other than a positive experience. I purchased my first SUV in July 2010 and my second in November 2014 I think I drove Eric crazy :) but he was always so patient and answered all my questions. I talk both vehicles here for servicing and I can honestly say I have NEVER had poor service or anyone speak to me rudely. I would highly recommend Trillium and as long as I keep purchasing Ford's I will return to this dealership. Sometimes when people have negative experiences they need to look at how their actions contributed to that experience. More
worst experience making an appointment,, complete rudeness,, Was spoken too like a third rate citizen, told that at no time during the service (engine work) that I wouldn't be able to speak to the Tech, just the Was spoken too like a third rate citizen, told that at no time during the service (engine work) that I wouldn't be able to speak to the Tech, just the service manager who openly admitted to be more of an organizer,,, when I asked why not, told sharply "policy " and if I don't trust the shop then to go someplace eles,, I tried to complain over the service mangers head to gentleman named Ken,, pretty much got the same, I will never take my vehicle to a shop that uses a desk jockey to talk wrenches to a client,, oh ya never would have bought the vehicle from Ford trillium if I knew they had such a shadey policy, what are you hiding trillium?? Poor mechanics?? Hope you go bankrupt...and I am now not even considering a new truck from trillium, I was going to have sales assist me for a new F150 while my ranger was being fixed,, NOW I AM NOT,,, sorry sales thank your service dept.. CUSTOMER BEWARE!! Gave 1 star only because negative stars was not an option! Left my vehicle with this dealership for 2 days for repairs, picked it up and found that t Gave 1 star only because negative stars was not an option! Left my vehicle with this dealership for 2 days for repairs, picked it up and found that they somehow broke the center console latch, brought it to the attention of the service department and they first blamed it on my vehicle being broken into and when I pointed out the fact that there was no signs of forced entry their excuse quickly changed to blaming it on the heat and said they would not fix it. Brought the issue to the attention of both the General Manager AND Ford Canada neither will help me. Terrible dealership AND company and horrible business to represent a small community and its residence!! More

Don't Ever Take Your Car Here for Service Trillium Ford in Alliston is not a place you should ever take your car for service. If you live in Alliston, take your car to Orangeville or Shelburne where they will be more than happy to have your business and give you whatever it is that you need. More
