very very bad service this is what I wrote to service: hi this is to inform you that since talking to eric general manager on thrusday and still no word from him re s this is what I wrote to service: hi this is to inform you that since talking to eric general manager on thrusday and still no word from him re service to my 2004 f150 truck about sevice etc and price,,since then i have found out that all 8 off my spark plugs were loose and that they were not even checked to see if the were or not which when paying the amount that i paid 2662.00 I would think that's what should have been done instead I was giving my truck back to me running rough at idle and was told and given a quote for the plugs to be replace which if done before installing motor into my truck I would have saved some money from labour costs as well it would have been easier to do, I am very unhappy with the whole expenice with your service also would like to add that a power steering line was broke when working on my truck so I bought a new line and even though it was part of my installation was charged .8 hrs like 85.00 to put it on !! not good business I would think that A dealership who has the name ford on it would do better to take care of my ford truck.. the service really sucks and they dont even care its like I will speck to the service manager and mech and get back to you that was last thursday how long does it take I dont what to give them no stars .... by the way I was a general manger of a chrysler when I was younger and trust me I told car of out customers ........ More
